All rates are for up to 4 people and up to 2 dogs. Additional people or dogs are $50/per person or dog per stay. Virginia hotel and sales tax are applicable.
There is a cleaning fee of $100 per stay.
Linens and bath towels are provided (please do not use our bath towels at the river).

$200/night or $1200/week (May – Oct)
$175/night or $1000/week (Nov-Dec and April)
$150/night or $1000/week (Jan-March)

1/2 of rental fee due at the time of booking and the other 1/2 due one month prior to your dates.
Cancellation fee: 100% refunded up until one month before your rental dates.
You can pay by Venmo, Paypal, or by check.
SNOW POLICY: We are unable to plow the driveway to the cabin. In the event of snow, we will refund your rental fees 100% or reschedule your reservation for future dates.
