Gracie’s Place is 1920’s Sears Roebuck house right in the heart of downtown Woodstock (founded in 1752) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, and fenced back patio. Walking distance to a bakery, brewery, restaurants, museums, shops, and much too close to the ice cream store. It’s an easy drive to the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, Seven Bends State Park, wineries, battlefields, caverns, lots of hiking, plus several other adorable small towns.

Fourth Bedroom Option:

You can request use of the third floor bedroom for just $25/night. The spacious, light-filled room has two twin beds and a half bath. There is plenty of room for sleeping bags or air mattresses, should you need even more options.
